On 1–2 August, Tarmac Works made an impactful return to the 15th edition of Art of Speed, held at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS). Our booth drew significant attention from collectors and enthusiasts alike, showcasing a thoughtfully curated selection of diecast models and trading cards.

A Booth Packed with Highlights
The display cabinets also featured rare and highly valuable parallel cards from the hugely popular Tarmac Cards Initial D Collection, including serial parallels, booklets, and translucent cards.
Adding to the excitement, there’s also a first look at the upcoming Liberty Walk Collection Vol.03— Euro Style, currently available for pre-order. The preview gave a glimpse of the brand-new card design elements, and a collection-exclusive LBKUMA-shaped die-cut card.

The Crown Jewel: RWB 993 - Karajishi Special Edition
The undisputed highlight of the weekend was the launch of the event-exclusive RWB 993 - Karajishi Special Edition in 1/64 scale. Adding to the spectacle, a 1:1 real car was parked on-site, allowing fans to experience the build in full scale up close.
This exclusive release immortalises a proudly local Malaysian RWB build. A particularly meaningful detail can be found on the door — beautifully rendered in gold is the Jawi script for Johor, anchoring this global widebody phenomenon firmly to Malaysian soil. The thoughtful design touch resonated deeply with local fans, many of whom expressed pride in seeing their heritage represented in such a celebrated model.

Special Guests from Japan
Attendees who held a VIP Ticket or Hero Pass Wristband had the opportunity to redeem a FREE Tarmac Cards Flash Pack. Adding to the weekend's excitement, Tarmac Works was joined by brand partner and racing driver Hana Burton, alongside Masamu of Kyosho. Both guests took part in the Tarmac Cards Free Giveaway session, signing cards and interacting with fans throughout the weekend.

A big thank you to everyone who came to visit us at AOS26 — your energy and passion made the weekend truly special. We're already counting down the days until next year's reunion. See you then, Malaysia!
