After Sales Service Policy
For all claims regarding damages, defects, missing part or shipping from your order via our WebStore (www.tarmacworks.com):
Please send your 5-digit order number and photos clearly indicating the problem to sales@tarmacworks.com within 14 days after receiving the goods.
For the items purchased via our authorized Resellers: Please contact the seller directly, as our authorized resellers handle replacements for their customers. If they are unable to assist you, please let us know.
For the models purchased via other means: We cannot provide after-sales service for items purchased through other sellers, as we cannot guarantee the item remained factory-sealed until the point of sale.
Replacement Parts
If the affected parts can be replaced (e.g. antennas, wheels, etc), we will arrange a replacement part to you for free.
If spare parts are available in our inventory, we will send you the spare parts for free so that you can replace the affected parts.
If spare parts are not available, we will offer a partial refund.
Replacement Items
In the case of a major damage or defect on your item, we will offer a replacement item if available. If the item cannot be replaced, a refund will be offered instead.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we aim to resolve each case swiftly for every collector.
Cancellation Policy
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed on our website, so it is not possible to delay, change, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
The majority of our in-stock items ship from our warehouse within 24 hours, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests after checkout is complete.
Once your order has been passed to the courier, delivery from our Hong Kong warehouse typically takes 2–15 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
