AFTER SALES SERVICE, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For all claims regarding damages, defects, missing part or shipping from your order(s) via our WebShop (tarmacworks.com) MUST be sent by email, along with your Order # and photos indicating the particular problem to our sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after receiving the goods.
For the models purchased via our resellers, retail shops or eBay, please contact the seller directly.
If the parts can be easily replaced (antennas, wheels, etc), no exchange will be permitted.
We will send you the spare parts, free of charge, if it is available in our inventory.
If the parts isn't available, then we will offer a partial refund or exchange.
Exchange & Returns
In the case of major damage or defect, we will offer an exchange if the item is available in our warehouse. If the model can not be replaced then we will offer a refund via Paypal or a store credit, based on your preference.
Each item must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping will have to be paid by the customer at first.
We will refund your return shipping charges as well based on the standard postal service charges.
